Dr. Bair changed my life.  I never knew that turning my head with my upper body wasn't normal.  Nor was having a headache everyday for the last 20 plus years.

After the first alignment I could turn my head, tilt my head from one shoulder to the other and breath like I never had before.  He taught me exercises that have kept my headaches away and under control.
